[GOOD]Target from a higher floor.

Yes, tower usability.
I can't get why one can't shoot arrows or magic at someone that stands on the ground, from a higher floor-level, if the target is possible.
This would actually make towers/castle walls/whatever, defensive structures, from where arches and mages can keep the enemies at bay during a fight. Maybe even add a bonus chance to hit for arches.. ah, and a higher chance to miss for ground to high-lvl attack. :D

I beleive this is impossible to implement...

If it is, there is a problem, lets say I go into a building with two floors, and lock the door of the first floor.

I go up to the roof and snipe at people.

Aside from the fact that most people won't realise WHERE its coming from.. who's going to stop me?

Can you tell in RL where the sniper is if you'd get a bullet in your arse? :P

No, but you can at least tell if its an arrow it was shot downwards?

Discussion useless since this will be implemented if you want or not.

The requirement is the change of the map format the server sends. As soons as the client gets real 3d informations its possible to fire from towers down. And up. You will see characters on other levels as well ( in case they are in your line of sight.
