My herblore skill is good (turqoise) and I've used it to find tonnes of herbs,
but now what?

I heard that you could use them to make potions and antidotes, but how? And what do I need to do it? And do I need skill in magic to accomplish potionsmaking?

Potion making is curently disabled if I am not mistakening. It will be part of the new druid system that is curently worked at

You are not mistaken. Potions are currently disabled. They will be returned as part of druid magic at a later time.

So herbs are useless untill this new system is up?

Not for a druid

there are recipes for herbs, but well, they are rped by the druids.

From a technical perspective, yes. From a roleplay perspective, they are still used by medicos to heal the injured.

Can't you sell them to the vendor at the hospital? or did something change?

You can sell them if your skill is high enough to get the ones that are bought. I am no longer sure which are bought now, but I know some herbs can't be gathered without a high skill.
