((open rp in the sense that anybody involved or that wishes to be involved ingame can join in))
Cris looked over the papers on the town's board, the first stage of his plan having begun. Only one potential member thus far, but it would hopefully grow. There were certainly more within town who could decipher his simple code and that wished to join a group of their own kind.
He walked away from the board, scouring the area. It was fairly late at night, as it usually was when he was in town. Not many people around, and none of those that were seemed to have anything valuable that was loose. Such a shame.
The next thing to do would be to contact Raven again. Come up with a more oraganized plan. So far, he had plans to find any corrupt guard members of the town, and keep them payed to give him information about the guards, town commerce, and other things that would help him avoid capture and gain money ((Perfect place to jump in, corrupt guards, if any...)).
Another idea would be to use his facade to his advantage, and contact other trade guilds, find out when they planned to have shops set up, or to move merchandise, and then take the items being transported. He, and other members of the guild, would be swimming in riches with just a couple successful raids.
And of course, there's always the possibility of raiding houses. Cris, beign a competent lockpicker, would ahve no trouble doing such a thing. But he'd need to know ahead of time where said houses were, and when it'd be safe to make an attempt.
The overall theme seemed to be taht he needed connections, one way or another. He was used to working alone, or recieving information, but not getting it himself, or making the connections to. But he'd figure it out. He'd have to...
