As for my thoughts adding new clothes would of course help the tailoring market even out with smithing and also help RP as character description personifies most of our characters. I believe the examine character like items should be implemented which would eliminate the not wearing clothes people.

Someone(123456789): wears a dark cloak that conceals his whole body and wears a hood that conceals his face in the shadows.

that is fine except neither of these two articles of clothing exsist. It is no different than being naked and RPing that you are wearing clothes. So if the examine feature is implemented I would hope articles of clothing such as: hats, masks, hoods, capes, new shirts and blouses, pants and skirts, dresses, cloth shoes, and perhaps even some furs for our barbarian friends. And some royality on the isle by providing purple dye for clothes.

Grobul did some nice dresses... I would love to see them IG !

I am a long time gamer so I am not concern about clothes tomorrow, just a proposal of some things. Heck I know the devs are working on ubteen million different things. Really want to see how much the community would like to see them.

wrong, we have a darkcult robe, which is black and guss has a hood.

I was wondering what I'd do with my orc. Some guy would look at him and see him wearing green slacks and a blue shirt......

I think more clothes would be cool. I suck at making graphics though. Ask Grobbs...

i would not want to make clothing.
but i could make other things, like roofs or walls and so on, freeing a better painter for clothes.

Guss may in fact have a hood. Does that mean tailors can make hoods?
However a cult robe is not a "cloak" it is a robe. I doubt average citizens would want to wear a cult robe to cloak their body in rain. I was using the shadowy thief as one example there are others too.

It appears so. I think if some one volunteers to make them it would be an easy thing to get in game.

but there is one problem.
the required standards for the graphics are high.

Maybe the proposed 'examine command' would help more?

I would love to see lots of great stuff I made put into the game which never made it in for reasons unknown.

and about the programming, go to a forum (most likely a newbie-mmorpg forum) and ask programmers/scripters to join illarion!
Even make a test to join as a scripter or programmer if nessecary
