I think the damage to the health damage is quite obvious. The idea seems a little trivial.

I was walking on...what looked like black tiles since some mountains covered it or somethng. Then I was suddenly in another place, I thought it was a ladder or something, but I couldn't go back. I didn't notice the health drop.

No offense, but I think this idea would get annoying. For the people that go through mountains a lot, think of tripping around all the time.

The health damange should be increased That will be enougth then *g*
