I noticed, when attacking with bow and arrows, in a single attack sometimes more than one arrow would disapear from the pile I have, is that suppose to happen? Ive been making my own arrows so could it be bad carpentry of the arrows? or Bad ranged weapons skill?

It didnt.

Maybe you lag a little and miss the two seperate attacks?
Maybe your PC is a little bit slow and it takes a split second to load the gfx effect, so you miss the first?

Tried and tested, it happens without lag, and its sometimes more than 2, it can be up to 5.

just to clarify so i understand, by pile you mean arrows you are holding right?,

So you need just 5 arrows to kill an animal or so??

Not what I mean when I say disapearing arrows

It takes 3 shots to kill a rabbit for me (from the bow animation), nomatter how many arrows disapear from what I am holding.

I have tried it and had it happen just once... 5 arrows disappeared with one shot but haven't had it happen regularly enough to figure out exactly when it happens.

Alright, I have tested again.... one shot-the first used three arrows, the second shot used 3, the third shot just used one. Until the problem is found, I think I will only put one arrow in hand at a time (but might want to post under technical problems or flyspray) .

i think it might be skill... it doesn't seem to happen as much anymore

Skill though should be taking more shots to kill something, sometimes I will take three shots, but with distance may take more, it took 7 shots to kill a pig with longer distance. However, as far as I know...you can't shoot more then one arrow per shot and that is what is happening (unless that was changed).

(also even using one arrow at a time, some disappear without ever taking a shot it seems)
