[REFUSED]Teleporter

Can there be a teleporter at the North (coal) Mine please?
Because currently it is almost impossible to be a smith, if you are not a dwarf, or pay the dwarves handsomely, and now, since the only other source of coal; the Miners Guild, has been removed, the only way to get coal is to walk ages to the north mine, and then use a teleport book back, which adds to a lot of money and time if you want to get any amount of coal.
Also, it makes it impossible to be a pure miner/crafter, as wolves and goblins are very common near that mine, which can wipe out a not fighter quickly.
So, although the cost will be there, the time will be reduced greatly, so make it much more accesible to be a smith.
p.s not sure if varhikar mine has coal in or not, but they dont let people use it anyway.

When did they pay? Since at least one year the dwarves have a mine in front of their city.

I am just wondering, how much did the dwarves pay to have a 'short' way?

What teleporter?
A static one --> no way. They are only for the travel from town to town
A teleporter book --> maybe possible. But wouldn't that take the roleplay away to interact with the dwarfs

The Dwarves didn't pay much. Considering when the map was redone, thats what they were given. and Also, when the Mining went Under ground, they are already underground, so their whole city turned into a mine. Sorry. Thats not paying much Dji. Thats getting it handed to you on a silver plater. While everyone else eats off the floor.

I doubt you know for sure who paid how many for something since its not required to tell you this.
Anyway, stay on topic. I currently see no reason to put in a teleporter up there.

So It's fair that they have:
1. Gold, Copper, Coal, and Iron in the same mine.
2. Massive ammounts of the Rocks to mine the minerals.
3. The only NPC who sells the Smithing tools, WHO only speaks Dwarvish.
4. The smithing tools cost a ridiculous ammount to start, therefore making being a dwarf the only way to become a Smith.
Awesome. I love the way you think

You say to rp with the dwarves....here is my main problem with that. I can think of only two dwarves who speak english properly (Guran and Andril), and one is in Trollsbane most of the time, and another not that active.
I'm not saying that's bad, that they cannot speak english, but I too cannot speak german, so I cannot communicate with them, so rp is very difficult indeed.

Namfalur speaks the new language, too and po magdha is able to speak english, tough she rps magdha as "old-language-only"

Ok, but the fact that characters who don't speak German dont seem to have a chance to be a citizen of Silverbrand, and the fact none of the topics on the Silverbrand boards are in english, seems to point to the fact rp with Silverbrand is difficult, if you dont speak German.

the only fact is that evry no dwarf have (nearly) no chance to become a citiens of silverbrand.

Perhaps you would care to notice that it was posted *after* my post? Perhaps even, if I might be so arrogant, in reaction to my post?
So in future you would think before typing on keyboard?
Indeed, it is a nice gesture, the topic. I appreciate it.

ok since everyone is off topic anyway...
Why is an ENglish speaking dwarf necessary to RP or trade with Silverbrand? There are plenty of bilingual chars out there who would probably translate for you, for free or a fee...

This is not off-topic.
These are reasons why a teleporter by the mine would be fair/reasonable.
And translators are of course possible, but what of the scenario where you go to mine yourself, having only spoken with the King with the translator. What if a different dwarf challenges you? You have to leave, because you cannot understand each other, and he will attack for sure, or get someone who will.

any imagination?
Your translator could send you a PM or a small "parchment" with some German sentences or whatever for such a situation and you can bind that to the description keys... there are various ways.

your right.....no imagination. That is genius.
Still, a teleporter book to the north mine gets my vote, a monopoly on all coal reasonable to get is simply unfair.
Either that or a depot near the mine.

Get some guys to raise up a guild. Afterwords, collect money and build a house next to the mine.

Hehe, Miners Guild build house there first. That silver from items will really come in handy.
So no need for teleporter I guess.
P.S Join the miners guild!

The North Mine and the mines of the dwarves are not the only with coal. Be sure.
We can talk about more rocks, but not how to reach mines and the materials of mines (Only Towns and some old places can be reached via portal or books. We should not begin to make portals to mines, as long as we have no portal to each single private house of any player char).
It is my belief, that we need differences. All towns are have possibilities to buy all equipment now, so that it is possible to work everywhere... But ressources are different for a little bit. And this, in special the mining ressources should be different.
@ Skaalib: Please, no ooc offers and orders to join the own guild.

Ok, coal rocks in miners guild solves all those problems to be honest

Anyone who join can use them, it is free to join, not exclusive, not too far from depot to mine. Makes smithing much more accessible to all.
p.s sorry lennier about ooc stuff

Perhaps I shall add recently to my words?
What you are doing is really pathetic to be honest. Anyone can take a point out of context, and prove it wrong.
