I have been getting this message a lot and i have no idea what it means, can anyone clarify?

When you get resurrected, you're rather weak.
However, after some time you gain your old strength back -- this is the moment when you receive that message.

yes, you're indeed VERY weak after getting killed now. And for quite a while too *g*
