The Bow of Baldurain

Greetings, recently I've been reading a bit more history and myths than I usually would. I've done most of this in search for ideas to make a more effective, and stronger guild. Anyway, to the point I recently discovered a tale or a mighty artifact. Here is a transription of what I discovered;
The Bow of Baldurain
Many seasons ago, In a land many months journey away, a fine elvin city lay. At the peak of its existence it had wonderous hanging gardens, massive towers, and many beautiful structures.
Sadly few men ever traveled to this wonderous place. Most descriptions are based on the tales or travellers priviliged enough to reach this place.
This city was not without enemies however. The drow who lived in the underground regions grew angry at the splendor of the city and planned to burn it to the forest ground. You see the drow had a great hatred for anything elvin. Many have theorized it is the elves ability to travel to anywhere they please that angered the drow so.
Soon message reached the great city and it prepared to defend itself. An elf whose name has been lost in time was said to have spent his lifes earnings on a single weapon to defend his homeland. It's name was the bow of Baldurain. Baldurain being the name of the city.
The bow was crafted by the finest elvin workers and made with the finest materials. Finally several of the more powerful mages enchanted it.
As you may have guessed a single bow no matter how powerful could not change the tide of battle. The bow is said to have slain manyt drow but the town soon fell and the wielder of the bow fell as well. A nearby elvin commander is said to have picked it up and fled with the survivors.
They crossed many seas and travelled for many months. Eventually landing on the southern tip of it. They hid the bow here and continued on after discovering the many perils. This island was supposedly our fine home of Illarion.
To this day no one has found any trace of the great bow.
It is my theory that this bow does lie on the island. I strongly believe that we should locate the bow so that it would not fall into the hands of the many evil entities that live here. It could hopefully also be used to stop our enemies. Such as drahken and Askatuul.
