Um 21:00 Uhr GMT (23:00 Uhr in Deutschland) wird der Server am heutigen Dienstag zur Durchführung eines Updates angehalten. Neuerungen werden ein neues sicheres Protokoll, ein neues Handwerkssystem und eine Verminderung der Server Lags sein. Einige weitere Neuheiten werdet ihr von selbst entdecken.

At 9:00 pm GMT on this Tuesday the server will be haltet for an update. This will bring a safer protocol, a new crafting system and reduce the occurence of server lags. Some additional features you will come across yourself.

Ich verwende auch immer das javaws, aber wenns ein dickes Update gibt kanns schonmal sein daß er so nicht updatet.

Hey, I just tried to download the new client several times and it stopped halfway each time, saying it stalled. What's up with that?

Strange I just dl'ed it and all was fine, got v1.00 allready..but well no use if you can't log in, just try again.

apparently some items i had on me have become other items. i.e. my Wand of wind became a mages staff. gonna go see if other things changed as well. i'm guessing this wasn't intentional

Erm.. the elementary wands are gone, because they need "elements" to make them now. Therefore, a elementary wand is worth about 2 - 3 gold coins

hmm, is leather armor gone too? those vanished from the depot for some strange reason. However apparently many of the missing objects were paid for. (replaced with a silver coin, to which i will not complain).

and just because something is made differently now doesn't seem like a reason to remove the ones already made and in players possession ya know. some forewarning on that would have been nice

It definetly is a reason in this case. The elementary wands (and especially the wind wands) are uber and shouldn't be given away for 12 - 15 silvers. Also, it would be a bit unfair to new players, to let them pay 200 or more silver coins for something, others have bought for less then 10% of this.

yep forewarning would have been nice. Especially since those who rp their char to want to be comfortable and remove all their armor and weapons at some point ended up with absolutely nothing.
