Homecoming ~ Round two

((Open RP to those in Greenbriar))
The salty waves licked upon the prow of the small boat. A light breeze blew across the Sea, and the crew of the "Silber Gott" scurried up the ratlines to reef the sails as the little boat carried it's owner to the distant shore of Briar.
Baron Bottoms looked across the water to the small Hamlet on the shore he had revitalized just four years earlier. Memories flooding through his mind as he squinted his eye to scan the Horizon. The Volcano to the south was silent, Caelum seemed uninhabited, even the Docks had seen better days, but Greenbriar, dear Greenbriar would always be there.
He smiled happily as he remembered old times with Taliss, Mark, Merung, Cawdor and countless others, before the next generation came of Anfala, Annouka, Achae, Rumil and others, and then the third generation of Lonsur, Arnold, Merrilyn, Miru, Calenliea and others.
They were the best of times.
They were the worst of times.
So much history, action, friendship and loss. What could be said of a Halfling's life? Only that he was glad to be home again.
