On the 14th of Olos myself, Barz, and Calm met the orc Dashondog. He threatened Calm verbaly at wich point I relized he was banned from the town. I asked him to leave town peacefully. He refused and fled to the library. When we atempted to enter the library after him he attacked us. After a brief combat I spoke with him and convinced him to leave town peacefully. When I steped back from the door to allow him to exit the library I lost sight of him. I walked back into the library and did not see him. Barz guarded the door while myself, and Calm searched the entire library includeing the roof for the criminal orc. We were unable to find him. After this we stayed to guard the library for two hours, remaining beside the exit so he could not leave without being spoted. When this time had passed we desided that he had somehow leaped out of a window without being spoted.

I have writen this letter instead of filling out a wanted poster because the orc is already wanted, and so the proper athoritys may deside what is to be done.

Arson was addes as 'Severe Offence' to the Criminal Law of Troll's Bane.
Tried Arson has to be considered as Endangerment of Peace.

a couple of days ago, deuce attacked and robbed me twice the same day in trollsbane.
(the second time, when i was still weak and not armoured, due to his first attack)

Did you see the cow break into it ? Learn to question motives, not just what you see.
You are taking things for too serious which are not. There is a difference between obviously pretending to do something, and really doing it.
If i wanted the cow to have entered the seahorse, it would have ended up there.

As I said I saw you attempting. You had the opportunity to avoid this, and you refused. I gave you every opportunity to explain yourself and you refused.

You are not above the law if I am given reason to ask an explanation for what you are doing I will ask if not given one I will ban you.

Bearing in mind I could see it was a rather pathetic and tasteless joke, I wanted to know why you were doing it. I would have been more lenient had it not been so disgusting.

Fooser does seem to have a point, although law is to be abided to keep order, therefor i will not enter troll's Bane even if i am sure enough that i could pass from one end to the other without anyone knowing.
