Disappearing map.

Frequently now, when I log on to play a character, chunks of the map I had when I loged-off have disappeared. I have gone back over some of the areas several times to no avail. While they appear when the character is currently on, soon as I log-off and then log back on the areas disappear. It is not all spots in the map, but only cerain areas. Sometimes it's random areas. Consistently, it's the area between Trollsbane and the Harbour. Thanks for your help.

Are you logging off using the ESC key or other various methods?

I have had this too. Just keep walking an the blackness goes away. It's like when you are pushed and there is some blackness in the map.

The only way I know to log off of the server is to "end task" the game window, then close "jawas". If there is a button or code to exit the game without doing this, I do not know about it.
I have several times gone back to the Harbour, and still when I start the program again, there is a large black space between it and Trollsbane. Returning to the spot and remapping it seems to work only sporadically. I have remapped areas by returning to them, and had the map remain when i started the game again. But also, as in the case of the Harbour, I've had areas that refuse to remain mapped.

The data of the map is only saved when you exit out through the command IG.
Press the escape button on your keyboard, all names and maps will be saved.

Look, Hadrian, prehaps this is why you've gotten the 4th largest post count on the boards in a matter of freaking months.

Because the reason the manual is there is to be READ
If you start with that, why read the name rules? Why read the game rules? Go in there and try to "mine 4 fsh plz"

And a matter of freaking months is almost 2 years...
