Runes are not objects and cannot be obtained by mere prattling about. Try getting a teacher. And if you want to have a teacher, you may have to wait a few years. I've been here 5 years and have 2 runes, so don't expect anything to happen quickly.

Noone is as foolish as to teach you anything more than Illusions, William. You should know that by now.

You should shut YOUR mouth, inferior creature. Humans are fragile at best.

No, Gil'dran, you should shut your mouth. You are meddling where you are not wanted. And 'teacher', I am willing to forgive your insult on our race as a personal insult to Gil'dran. I would hope you do not mean this truly.

You seriously have a trouble with respect, Skaalib. I meddle where I want, and sign my name for the world to know it's me. I don't leave it unsigned. And I do not care if it was for myself, or for our whole race, said is said.

Sorry, gentleman and Lizardmen. I do believe this post is supposed to be about helping Lithinia find a teacher so she can learn runes...

*an eloquently and obviously elven written note is posted on the wall*
It seems that all this land offers is petty squabbles between people who do not live long enough to see their 100 birthday in most cases. You all need to take a moment and find yourself, lose the anger and hatred so that the entire land may grow and prosper. This world is not but nature thus we should learn from it. The trees can not grow without water and sun, if they was to start fighting and the sun goes away, the trees die, or is the water goes away, the trees die. We are all bound by the same laws of nature, are we not? Why must you short-lived people all seek war and battle? This fairy is seeking knowledge in one of it's many forms. It is something that i believe everyone could learn from. We should all be seeking to balance this world we live in, to work together and make it grow. I have been reading notes by some of these writers all over this land, in every city it seems. Learn some respect for the lives of others, and the respect for yourself will grow. I just wonder if this note is going to do what I wish and open your eyes, or if it is just going to breed more animosity amongst the people.

Thank you Salhari. You took my point and offered it in a much more intelligent and wise way. Better words than these hobbit's hands could ever pen.

Of course young Thomas, I am merely doing what any sage should and pointing out the obvious to these people. They fight amongst themselves and thus do nothing to better this world. It is a shame to see such good lives go to waste over such petty squabbles

I do not induldge myself in Petty squabbles, I do not argue, nor do I draw anger for something written. I state clear points and if people don't like it, they can try to argue with me all they want, I won't care. I do not waste my life, I walk through every situation one step at a time. I wish you a long and healthy life, mister Whitewalker, but on this isle, a Sage of your kind won't last long. Many people don't take smart people lightly, and it all might lead to a big fight where someone, most likely you, will get killed. This is in no way a threat, I just state this knowing the isle's all aspects since years back.

Thank you for the warning friend, but I am not to worried. Sure, if someone was to pick a fight with this old man then I would surely die. I have came to this land to teach it's peoples, nothing more nothing less. If it leads to me being in danger then I will simply have to find a town willing to protect me. If anyone wishes to seek me out, send a dove for i am not that easy to find in most cases.

Dont be a hypocrite, for I do not suffer fools casually...Unless fitting for a larger purpose. you state that you do not argue?
Ha! How quaint, when not long ago you can do nothing but that which you protest not to do...
