An accusation of Murder

Hallo citizens of Trolls Bane,
I accuse an Elv, whose name is unknown to me of murder.
He was there when a group of trolls attacked the city as was I.
But then, beeing hit badly by the troll i had to run for my life.
As for that this very elv stunned me with his vile magic and then smote me with some strange magic bolts. I demand that this individual is prosecuted and shunned by the elven community for his deeds.
If necessary i will recognize him if i see him, as will others, whom he seemed to have attacked too.
