She walks by quickly and seeing the note, grins. Then getting out her pen, quickly writes at the bottom of the second note.
I don't believe it specified exactly what task.

The man had just woke up, walking slowly around the town giving just a brief and uninterested glance at the many parchments nailed around, but suddenly pausing on one with widened eyes after spotting his name.
He freezes there, staring at the paper with curiosity and confusion, later turning into frustration.
After some while, he let out a fuming sigh before he rushed in pulling the parchments hard, tearing them from the nails. He dashed around the roads, quite empty at this time, searching around trying to catch sights of the similar parchments, plucking them off aswell and finally, shredding them into small bits.
