Specialist rp groups going a bit too far?

Now... Fight arena, 40 people, one gm. A sudden spree of ctrl+click appears, no one takes notice to it, now I'm not going to mention the player that when ctrl+click happy, TWICE, no matter how much of a f'ing dumb shit he is.

But anyways, some people ignore it completely ( most actually ) others think mutilating a person is some sort of game ( Happened more than once ) and said, "Let me join in too! *ctrl+clicks*" Then other people like the other example go, "Hey! That guy's being attacked, he must be a baddie, lets kill him! *ctrl+click*"

I'm just ranting about the general rp of what is left of Illarion on the rare times that I actually log on and see this type of shit.

Of course, Grant.
Since you're gone, there is no decent roleplay anymore...

gildon,

you are right. after about of an quarter hour of whispered RP the fight broke out. and the "ghosted" one direktly returned from the cross, and went on playing, without any hinderance...
... he being a wanted criminal for years, he dares to show up in public events. reckless, or bad RP?

I know that this little fight didn't went that lucky. But since i was the one who seemed to cause it ( i did not attack you ) i need to throw in a few words.

First off, everyone but you can complain about roleplay. You are one who goes after every small comment you do not understand into a ooc discussion.

Just as example to would say that i told you character, going to annoy him a little that he smells. Nothing but this. Pretty common way to make someone angry. Until now every character ignored that or got angry. Or laughed. What ever. But not Rankor. He is special of cause and start to speak in double brackets. About what why i think that his character smells. That i may assume that cause he is undead. And that this would be bad roleplay because my character can't know that. Think about what you want. I call it unable to handle appearing roleplay situations.

Then. Randomly and not only once, things like this:

Rankor Deathronk: (( Everyone loves trying to beat the shit out of Rankor X>D ))

appear from you. Everyone does nice roleplay and all sudden. Bam. PO Randor need to tell everyone something.
Is that good roleplay. Or is it good for roleplay?

Don't complain that someone roleplays not that good, if you are not able yourself to roleplay.

Good night,
Gerron

TB needs a somewhat working prison again where breaking out isn't as easy.
Players behaving as bad as that (whispering much OOC ingame and returning from cross) can be reported to the Gamemasters by !gm <blablabla>.
!gm calls are logged, so GMs even see them when they have been offline during the call.

The prison itself is practically impossible to get into. The way people normally escape is by pure tactical thinking of their allies. Nicking the guards key and rescuing the prisoner.

So you can not really change much.

Mh, there are many faults in my rp, and I have been flamed much about it, but the thing is... When there are faults in my RP... People seem to forget the other's in other people's rp, so you proved your bit, and I'm still not naming anyone... Also the reason I asked about the 'smell' ooc, is because it was such a lame insult, I thought you thought it was true that because Rankor was undead, he had a smell about. I don't consider myself or my character 'special' he was nerfed to the max, without any thought of other skills which don't lose with death, like magical resistance ( which was closing into green for Rankor ) which one does not lose in death, but lots of GM's are dumbasses like that. *cough*

Oh and about that piece of OOC, if one such as yourself was actually SMART enough to see through it, you could see that people just love thinking "That guy can't do anything, no one cares about him, we can ctrl+click him! WEWT!" Like many of the Illa community is today.
... Good day?

EDIT: And Damien, don't act stupid ( but most of the time I think you are ), returning from the cross is allowed, but I believe double pk'ing isn't... Especially when the victim showed no form of ANY danger or did not cause any type of trouble.
