I hereby resign from my post as the Governor of Trolls Bane. I will hand the town to a man with capable hands. Lance Dragonwill is his name and he has expressed interest and complete leadership and activity which I lack. He has sent me many prior doves on how to run this town which I have ignored. I read through them earlier today and I found out that he is the true Governor of this town.

These are not new laws, it was said at the last election that you would have to hold a new election after four months. It seems logical that an election should choose the new leader.

Considering that a government of trollsbane is in fact uses a governor as an elected offical to represent and meet the demands of it's citizenship. Then by the very nature of the government a former leader passing down his leadership role to another is impossible. Perhaps if Trollsbane were ruled by a king or soveriegn then the simple act of naming another leader would be more valid, however that isn't the case with trollsbane. The moment the governor steps down from his position he would lose the power to place another offical into any position. thus is the way of a democratic system of rule.

These people would make up the government and make decisions for each of their buildings. Who would be in these? Just divide up the citizenry into each category, and they can devote their votes to happenings in their "guild".
