First Trial between Jorokar/Pellandria and "Lana Jaden&

Hearet Hearet peoples of Trollsbane
The high court of Trollsbane will hold a trial on the 19. day of Adras, at the 14th hour ((Friday, 20 GMT))! It will be hold on the first floor of the library.
This trial will be hold between Mister Jorokar and Miss Pellandria on one side, and Miss "Lana Jaden" on the other.
This trials reason is based on the fights and assaults which happened between those persons. Also to solve the arguements about the property of an axe, currently in Miss Pellandrias possession.
This trial shall show us who of those two sides is guilty of assault and with that breaking the towns laws.
Any witnesses who can give informations concerning this topic shall send the magistrate of Trollsbane a letter in which they report what they have witnessed, and they shall stand ready to speak at the trial infront of the court.
The both sides have all rights to deliver evidences for their innocences and/or the other sides guilt. Also to bring any honest witness to speak for them, or against the other side.
The both sides have also the right to announce a spokesmen for them, who speaks in their name infront of the court.
If one of the two sides doesn't appear to the date of trial without an explanation for this, they may be spoken guilty in their absence.
The court also wants to remind that any witness giving a wrong testimony and lying to the high court will be punished with either a 1 month ((1 rl week)) ban from town or a fine of 10 Silvers.
The court will punish those lying for the benefits of one side harshly.
