Say yay to new Vanima boards!

Thank fecking goodness, we have new Vanima boards whom aren't slow, crappy and awkward to use and maintain (because of downtime and bugs).

Looky now! Register now! I still have to edit some things here and there, add ranks for the elders and what not, but we have a new board.
