can't concentrate when learning?

you are not able to concentrate on learning right now
this happens when I'm fighting. what does it mean acutally?

You hit the skill cap, so you don't gain skill for your training for a while

No. Doing anything that involves shift-clicking will earn you skill. You've hit your cap, which means you can't gain anymore experience for the time being. You CAN work, you just won't get exp for it. What you SHOULD do is find someone to talk to and engage your character in some RP while your cap replentishes.

if you reach the limit by fighting, you should seriously go doing somthing else for a while, like rp'ing;)

that is the catch. nobody or nothing tells you exactly.
what i think, to have found out:
if i stay ingame after not concentrating any more, it does take less time to regenerate, than being logged off.
but, if you learn once in the morning, and once in the evening, that should work.
why this "fuzzy-information" of the game?
they just want us to do something else beside skillgaining. they want us to interact with other players chars.

Take brakes when you learn, like when reading. Then i seldom happens at all, if the brakes are just long enough. For example, go to the library together with somone else, and rp with him while you read. For example discuss what you read.
