the steel gloves in the depot .
Question: Can items rot in a depot?
If not, can anybody explain (( or any idea )) wherefore the disappearance?

Maybe a server reset? Was there a freeze after you put them into your depot and you havent logged out?

I've had a single item or other go missing before. I also wondered if rotting was somehow possible in a depot, but nothing much came from it, and it only happened to 1 or 2 items ::shrugs:: Not much help, I know... -.-

Maybe their just somewhere else in the depot?
I still don't know where my old wooden shovel went, wether it dissapeared or it's lost in my depot.
I just got a new one.
One item isn't the end of the world.
Maybe some data on the server got corrupted, I dunno.

yesterday the server crashed and there was a rollback...so maybe that could have caused some data loss..

Yes, but this is not enabled for the steel gloves. Just checked it.

there are only 2 possibilities.
Server crash and data loss. May it crashed while your logout and you did not realized it. You lost the gloves yourself. Put them somewhere and don't find them again ( something like this happens some times. I know more players who had this problem. Placed a item in a bag and didn't found them again )

I think Nr. 1 is the right and possible declaration
Had changed the armor from steel to leather, all putting in the depot and only the gloves are *gone with the wind*

Steel gloves break quite quickly when worn, perhaps you had left them on instead of placing them into the depot ?

No, I'm curious, speak more about undergarments!
Heh, just kidding.
