I merely had a question...and all I wanted was an answer...I didn't want players to reply...I titled it Dear GMs because I want to see some replyes from as many GMs as possible. You may be GMs, yes...buy who would you rule if you had no players...this is your chance to prove...or disprove...your oown omnipotense, as I said. Tell us how you would play this out, because we are the ones losing out. Sam could roleplay this well anywhere, why should we lose him?

Roleplay Stephen left the island a wreck and in turn stole everything that was given to him.

And they have zingers at the end because for all their talk of being mature they are very childish in the end, they are only regular people after all.

Edit : I have to admit, locking topics is starting to be pointless and annoying, the only thing it does is prevent people from giving their points of view.

Why are the players the ones, who are losing out? The gm's aren't against you...maybe you should consider that.

I wasn't' taunting...and as far as your second statement, it seems the lines are drawn in stone with the "powers"'. Even those of you who play don't consider your own RPing. As far as not gone forever...Last I read he was permabanned. If I am mistaken, post the revamped terms. I would like to get back to normal gameplay. and thank you for replying intelligently. That was all I asked for. I am going AFK for a while now, so pardon if I am not as quick with my replies.

Actually he is, its a 'permanent-once-and-for-all ban' as some says, the real reason being to make the staff members look mighty since it is not helping in the player's fun in any way, mainly harming it, I bet most GMs didnt even read the thread before 'voting'.

I'm reading your post and all I see is an insult to me and to the people who make this game possible for you. This isn't a democracy, its a game and you aren't in charge. If you don't like it then too bad for you, no one is making you stay here. I think I can speak for everyone when I say that none of us on the staff are going to bow down to anyone that plays the game, especially when they are instigators throwing out insults and taunts in the form of mock flattery and benevolent altruism.

Don't get me wrong. The players are the most important part of the game, but it's through the staff that this game is even made possible and you wish to constantly bite the hand that feeds you. Its one way, not both ways. It is their way, not your way. You say locking of threads is stupid but I have players and staff PMing me every day about offenses on the boards I moderate, PMing me about unfit content and the way the other players are making them feel. Its ridiculous that I should even feel the need to lock threads because posters are inconsiderate and immature. I'm not casting stones or listing names, I've been immature here just as much as anyone else but there does come a point when it is too much. That point is now.

The thread you are referring to was about one thing, the one thing was answered more than once and much flaming and spam took over. That is why I locked it.

You don't like that Sam was banned? Too sodding bad. You figure out a way to RP it, we aren't here to make all the decisions for you, just to enforce the rules of the game and the forum.

So Matholamew Dunsinane, I'm reading your posts. All of them, and all I can see is provoking with an obscure and yet insulting purpose. I feel personally attacked. It is as though you've thought to cast the largest net of accusations behind unobtrusive words, as though you meant to spread your arms as wide as they can go with your fingers spread apart, a different accusation spurting off in every angle such that none can be caught and responded to in conjunction with another and so to make me and the other members of the staff feel ashamed or bad to something we weren't wrong in doing.

I will leave this open for the other staff members to read for the time being. Zing.
