3 anyone know spell combs i have 14 of the 18 runes and have found 14 combs mind you ra+pen only seams to tickle people and what is the use of pen+lev it gives mana to who evers the target.

5 someone mentioned about quests in the rules how do i get one.

you will have to find out most of this on your own.
only with the quests: there are no fixed "automatic" quests at the moment (perhaps won't be later, too, I think) but if you have a look at this board you can often find one hint or two about something important happenig and you yourself are always welcome to start an own quest
and for - was it pen+lev? - you posted it's use yourself...so I don't understand the question
