Illarion Program Files?

Okay, in Illarion Program files the names file. Well, someone did something really mean to my char. I do not have his real name. Can I open my names file and put his someone number and a name for him and save. Will it mess up the game or anything?
EDIT:Never mind I got it someone delete Galvin's post so I can delete this topic.

....OMG...
1. How was that mean, maybe he didn't want to give you his name.
2. I have not found out how to do that and that is technically Game modification
3. Just In Game !name him by doing "!name insert-number-here insert-name-here" EX: "!name 1234567891 Carl Sagan"

If a char didn't want to give you his name, or has given you a false one, then it's against the rules to check the online list and write the name yourself. Like that time when you aproached ava and told me that you've seen him on the online list. n00b
