New version in the next few days

Including not everything we planned, but something new is needed:
- Weight limit for every character
- Depots to store spare items in
- magic wands for mages, to help them aim at their targets (like attack mode, but for spells)
- a little help in recognizing people. Every person gets a number assigned from one to four at creation. A corresponding color will be shown as a line below the person (can be turned on and off)
- new items, especialy something to make the druids more valuable

Concerning the weight, can we put on a few pounds?
I've been eating those Novus Tarts, they sure are high in fat

Bror, what is your idea about colors under the characters? And
what are the colors? I like blue, so change mine to blue.
Uh, druids... What am I going to get? I havent had anything new to do in a long while.
I havent gotton a newsleter either, BTW.
And for the new version, can I have that pavement stuff going around my house?
Or is that a big waste of $$, Im not sure.

Everyone can carry a lot more, than should be possible in real life.
What pavement stuff? Some marble going around your house?
Maybe you haven't got a newsletter, because there was none? The last is 2 or 3 month ago. If there are no news, we don't spam with emails.

since there will be 4 colors and there are more players than 4, there will be some with the same color.
But even if everyone has an own color - can you distinguish 6000 colors?

that's what i mean you can't use more than maybe 30-40 colors so everyone can distinguish them so say you can use 50 colors*4numbers=200 i.d.'s=probably not enough for everyone so some people might get confused with others.

Why not just cut the color and give everyone a number?
I think the colors may cause a problem, too.
C'mon reds, let's kill the blues! Aaaarrrrgghhh....
You'd be amazed how fickle some people can be, and those people are sure to come eventually.

I think it would be more disturbing to have a number about every person, than a small colored line. But I have added the number if you press F12, to see the player names.
This way you can identify the persons that have killed you by their number.

Introducing with wrong names ? Hehehe.... That could be done if players enter the names of the peoples numbers manually... *ggg* or if people type in "#i <wrongname> and the client places it to a matching number... but it should give a msg when the person intros with an already known name(from another person), and when one "hears" (by introducing) the "real" name, it should have priority over the wrong one, and overwrite it hehe...

what if a guy that call himself a number...
like if i hated a guy and he was #234
then i call myself #234, and start to #i people, before i pk them... while i talk
then the guy who has the number 234 will get blamed...
i dont know if this is possible---
but in case it is, i have a solution.... make it so that numbers cant be a part of the name...
the only names that need numbers are non-rpg names.... like "monkey-m8" or something...
if someone want to call himself King Lederhosen the 3'd , he could either do it by letters
like " the third" or by roman numbers " III "...

that's exactly the way numbers shouldn't be used. but you can remember the number of the one who killed you, and than, if you see him again you can say somthing like: "that's the guy, i recognize his face. he has killed me."

i see no prob coz the logs know who u r so if someone says #123 killed me and the char #123 wasnt on they will look for a name 123 and zap they get his real #
so it is senseless to try to cheat in such a cheap way
