Handle NPC doesn't buy large handles anymore

tried selling the second version of large handles to him which he had bought from me in the recent past (about a week ago at most)
Stephen Rothman: I want to sell 30 large handles.
Dehster: Sorry, I do not buy that item.

On a second note, somtimes npc's will do this, happend with combs and the lizard guy for me. Might try back after their money restocks.
