Not sure which forum this should go in, so I put it in this one. Where does the unsealed door quest start? I'm thinking Skaalib should go.

If you were supposed to know, don't you think it would be in the quest details?

I'll have to speak to some people then. And if you weren't supposed to know, why bother putting in the quest section? And I swore I put this in newbie board.

Oh believe me. You will not be able to miss it, no matter how hard you try

.
And the sense of putting into the questplanner is, that people know that there *is* a quest and logg ingame.

Sounds like a complain. And here I thought we haven't had any hack'n'slashing 'quests' in quite a while.

The first day I joined there were loads of skeletons in town and I was immediately owned. I suspect that is why it doesn't happen more often

By the way. Of course I got the time wrong.
It starts 6.30 GMT. I forgot that we are GMT+2 and not GMT+1.
Sorry, all.

This day will forever be remembered as the day of a terrible undead assault in Trollsbane.
And the day when half a dozen dwarves caught some pigs at the harbor and brought them back to their town, caring jackshit for what was happening.

dont worry about spareing people
damien has it right when he is unafraid of clouding people
unleash and make our characters scared
it was ridiculous that noob mages who couldnt stand a chance against a mortal warrior were basically staring down a demon
Make us your bitches plz

I agree with Silas, in such cases, I seriously think GM should be more..harsh, Its fine if a few people gets clouded..if they arent able to fight or cast or whatever they shoulnt just be watching the show like if it would be a play.

Skaalib laughed about the weak undeads. I thought it was good to laugh, it being ironic that a huge demon was there but all he could do was send weak mummies to try to kill us, and then he said stuff like "feel my wrath"

Then I guess I should let Damien do the spawning next time. I don't really understand it to be honest. People complain pretty fast when they get clouded and hear it was Damien behind it.
I myself already got a bad conscious when the first char died.
Generally I was not very happy with this quest. A few things didn't run as planned. I lost the track on it at some point myself.
And the main problem I had was, I would not like to *force* the fear into the chars. Do I really need to spawn loads of monsters so chars actually fear a demon - or shouldn't there be a certain point where a char thinks: "hey okay, that's a demon. It's a supernatural being and it could beat the hell out of me."
I guess I should leave the next hack'n'slashing quest to Questers that have less considerations and simply make chars fear through 'clouding'. I'm afraid I'm too soft sided for this. ;)
