Temple Deed

The war against the temple is won and now the ownership of the caves within the volcano change hands. Fooser and myself, and we encourage Grunith to sign as well, claim now ownership of the temple and all it's lands. Never again will evil be allowed to fester within it's bowels. We own it jointly, no one owns more portions of it then another, for now we decide to just keep it closed from all who wish to use it, perhaps in the future a better plan for it will be decided upon.

It is time for us to put the temple problems behind us and move on. Now that they are no more, it will be closed, or put to better use someday...hopefully.

The claim stands, if anyone, especially former temple members like this elf, are caught within the caves of the temple, they will be attacked without warning or chance to explain themselves. This place is the hideout of evil, and it will not be trusted in the same hands of the same evil ever again.

More than you think and know. Nevertheless, that land still belongs to us. Trespass shall be judged under Country laws.

I somehow doubt that a member of the temple would help in the fight against it. The lands should be under the control of Fooser and Stephen.

Stephen and Fooser have no right on these lands. They can not just claim something that belongs to the Country. As i said, trespass will be judged under Cauntry laws.

Let the entrance collapse as long as he's inside. This way we rid the island of two problems at once.

It's not a matter of claiming things pointlessly, it is a matter of making sure the problems of the temple arent allowed to happen again.

It indeed sounds to be an unwise decision to let former temple members control its remains. In fact, this would mean its reactivation within a shorter while than possible to recognize.
Anyhow, it seems ungood to allow former temple members in any standing government.
Evil deeds are grains which too often fall on fertile ground. Their sprouts often grow hidden by other weeds, and once grown, the roots go deep. To dig them out, costs blood and pain. Their leafs are called corruption, deceit and vileness, and the fruits they bear are mistrust, pain and slaughter.

King Fooser, the building is on Briar soil... You can not claim something that does not belong to you. Please mind of your own buisness in Troll's Bane and don't come here, invading our Country's teritory.
The Temple is off limits and is to be sealed until further notice.

The kingdom of Silverbrand offers its help to seal of the temple once and for all.
If those now claiming the temple would agree, we will assemble a troop of dwarves skilled in mining to help to deconstruct the whole facility and bring peace to the land of Briar once more.
Furthermore priests should be assembled to purge the evil influnce lasting on this spot of land.
Also, the Druids of the Forrest should be called to reforrest the now barren land.
A place that reminds one of hell, by the lava and smell of sulfur in the whole complex should be closed for good, not used for other purposes.
This is Silverbrands suggestion on this matter. Read it, consider it, and do not even start about us not helping enough against the temple, as we do not demand any of the things stated by us to be done, they're only the ones most reasonable for us to suggest.

Thurbert's sulution sounds very good indeed. The dwarves will be able to make sure that nothing of the temple caves will remain.

The temple is off limits until the Country Council is asambled and has come to a decision. These are still our lands...
Nevertheless, i would more approve with the deconstruction or purifying, rather than claiming by two power-hungry maniacs.
Damien, do not forget that i am no longer a cultist, i no longer have a stone in my chest. What was done was done, but now I am free and redeemed so do not make such harsh statements.

I am against you seizing the temple.
However I do not mind you destroying it.
As long as you do not try to claim something that's on our land I'm fine with it; but if you're proposing to take this land for your own gain I'm sure the council won't be pleased at all.

The concept of claiming was to purify and remove it, so if that will be done, claiming is not needed, I don't see how that is land hungry or power hungry.
