A greetings to the fellow citizens and people of Gobiath. I have entered Gobiath for the first time. I was born to a prestigious family in an island very far from Gobiath. My father is a governor over there. He has educated me very well from private teachers and I posses great knowledge. Every since I was a boy I have been interested in the field of engineering. I have constructed many buildings 40 or so and a major project a castle. If any one is need of construction for a private house, city buildings or anything please do not hesitate to send me a dove. I go for a very cheap price of 50 coppers a building. All, you have to tell me is exactly how you want this building and I will tell you supplies that will be needed and exact details. I will get workers and start constructing as soon as possible. I am looking forward to a great life in Gobiath. Hope to know you all.

That ceritifies you can sell a HOUSE for 50 copper?
Let me guess: houses for fairies and mice only.
Or do the "Supplies" include everything needed to build the building plus 223% compound interest?

Sir, I still take it as you misunderstanding me.
I do not sell a house for 50 copper. Many people are not very good at mathematics and are not able to compute the neccesary items needed and I do that job for 50 coppers and construct it.
