Is it powergaming to practise magic by casting on a player friend? I am a little confused because PO Athian told me it was, but I can't see how it is different to two warriors sparring. Can I get some conformation on this?

With rp and not too long it's alright.
But without and only for skilling it's pg.

Yes, because we cannot gain skill from a 30 second fight.
and it involves lots of #me's usually.

hehehe. Warriors spar for the passion of seeing who is stronger.
