Rabbit Plague

Oh, the poor bunnies. The last couple days a terrible plague has been striking them dead en masse. One moment I'm watching them romp happily between heads of cabbage, the next - BLEH! - they keel over dead everywhere around me. I take a quick hike and for minutes in every direction, rabbit corpses lay strewn about. It's a tradgedy! Is there no cure? No hope for bunnykind. I'm unsure if this plague is affecting other animals as well such as deer, pigs or sheep but the rabbits are sure being his hard.
We need to nip this thing in the bud, espescially considering a disease of this proportion has the possibility of spreading over to other races, like...halflings!
