Anyway to the point how do i get a dagger blade is it just aa normal dagger or do i have to smith it and second of all what does a mixing spoon do?

You need to buy dagger blades or smith them yourself.
And if by mixing spoon you mean a normal spoon, well you mix stuff, use it for alchemy and cooking and stuff.
