ive been playing my gnome a lot lately and it has got me thinking why are there so little a number of special characters in this game?
if everyone says there are not a little number i have never met a goblin over all my chars i have met 1 gnome including myself and 2 fairys.

Why does no one want a special character is it because they cant be bothered to apply? Or is it because they have max characters already? I would like to know why more people havent created special characters and what they think of these races. Because being the only gnome that plays Ilarion frequently is starting to annoy me.

(This is not a moaning topic its just here to see what people think about the special races and i needed to get that off my chest it was bugging me.)

because i have my favourite char already, which was created before fairies, gnomes and goblins...and really...this topic has no sense

Don't blame me either. I play one of the two fairies you have seen. But on the plus side I have seen at least 3 or 4 diferent gnomes, a couple goblins, at least 6 diferent fairies. can't remember everyone but i do remember diferent one. As for applying, it took me three times before I could play a fairy.

Yeah, I thought of the big guy prancing around to.

And the reason I hardly play my goblin right now: I'm way to busy with my main char and there isn't to much depht about a prankster goblin and I mostly feel better for the deeper and emotionaler kind of rp.

I applied for one. they said my background and stuff wasn't good enough and it wasn't. I made it up off the top of my head. I'm simply too lazy to get a decent story for something I don't care about much.

I'd love to allow more faries, more gnomes and much more goblins being played by players, but the only applications I got in the last time are from newbies who created thier account 5 minutes ago.
And you can guess that these applications are 99% complete and total crap.

My goblin app was pure gold.

But yes, the races are supposed to be 'rare.' With time there will be several accounts with rare races as main characters since the RP you can get with them is unique to their species.

I think some people had got the idea i meant special races as mains i just meant i wanted to know if ther are any out there that (even if they arent mains) and if not why.

I would play my fairy more but my computer is brokenish

I have newly started playing Illarion and still don't know much about to worlds. I most certainly do not know much about those " special races ". Maybe once I get the hang of the world of Illa I'll apply for a special race.
