I propose an election in the next two days, how about Sunday night.  As far as i can see nobody has attempted to set a date or time for an election.  So I will try and do so to get this thing moving.  It is Saturday morning now, please, let all those who want to be canadates for the council be present on Sunday.  We can then make the rules to be followed concearning SMACC.  As I understand it, it is a council run by townspeople and not by gods or demigods, so let us be as effecient as possible.  Please, anyone who wants to be elected tell what time you can possible be in town on Sunday.  I am EST so everyone please say when you can come to town, the time that is most convenient to the most people will be the meeting time, if you cant make that time im sure if you are an upstandign citizen you will be accepted as part of the council later on. So just say what time you can be in town on Sunday, and what time zone that is , and we can all work together on this project.  

if you dont want to go along with this its ok by me, just sit there and wait for someone else to do it, I dont really care.
