§1 :
1.1) These prices are the MINIMAL prices that must appear on every SMACC-Merchant's price list.
1.2) It is allowed to give a 10% haggling bonus on sold items. It is NOT allowed to include this bonus into any price list. That would procuce an unfair market advantage for this merchant, compared to the other merchants.
§2 :
Possible punishments for SMACC rule violators:
2.1) Punishments for selling cheaper than 10% under SMACC list price depend on the SMACC- List Value of all sold items together.
-Up to 100 G : No punishment necessary. Inform person about SMACC.
-More than 100G : Demand 1/3 of the sale value from the person, in the name of SMACC.
2.2) If the person does not pay the set punishment fee, report him to the SMACC by gathering other SMACC members, and force person to pay or work off the punishment fee. If you approach such individuals as SMACC group representatives, the punishment fee should be divided amongst all participating SMACC members.
2.3) SMACC members can keep the half of the earned punishment fee for themselves. The other half will be given to a SMACC- representative, and will be used for SMACC-Association buildings, Marketplaces, or whatever.
§3 :
EMBARGO. Merchants who sold below the SMACC list price and the 10% haggling span, and who do not pay their punishment fees, can be restricted with a SMACC- Embargo.
3.1)This Embargo is defined as follows :
- No SMACC member will buy, or sell, any item to any person on the Embargo list.
- The Embargo will last until the person pays the SMACC punishment fee and agrees to the SMACC prices.
- A person on the embargo list, will not be allowed to use any SMACC- related structures, for example SMACC-owned market places or SMACC-buildings.
3.2) SMACC merchants who willingly violate an embargo, and trade with such a person, will have to pay a 20 Silver Bars punishment fee. In case of not knowing about the embargo, they will have to pay a one silver duty fee, and must be asked to read the embargo list.
At the moment, there are no SMACC representatives, so SMACC Members can keep the full earned amount. This will change when a SMACC- leadership is elected.
At the Moment, there is no embargo list. With the election of a SMACC- council, someone (propably a council member) will put up such a list.
