I got a message from Luthor Zathanis. He asked if I speak German? Is he a GM or Nop Staff? Because I never met him. So Can someone tell me?
His message:

Isn't it pretty obvious enough that he clearly knows enough English to ask you this question, and therefore probably knows enough English to at least understand the word, "No" as a response
