Question about the rest of Illarion

Does it exist? What I mean is, is it possible to play outside of Gobiath? I ask because I saw the "old map" and there's a huge continent to the west of Gobiath; it kinda piqued my curiosity. :) If anyone could get me some info, it would be much appreciated.

So far in the game there is only the main island "Gobaith/Gobiath" , and some smaller islands around the southern coasts. But the map is still very big already.

Oh, I know that, I was just curious about it, that's all. Is it known if there are any plans on expanding to the 'mainland' in the future?

So far not. The "mainland" is only for the background storys. The place where the characters come from is this mainland.

Could a GM bring this new feature in...

Can you like show in the map where someone is? Ex. If there are two people in front of library you should see two red dots or something.

this is not such a good ideea.. in this way you will be seen even if you don't want to
but how about we make a new topic in which we shall write our ideeas and recomandations for the game

it could be done like this: you only see the red dots for of the characters, the character you currently play, knows.

Right-Click Options and then Be seen in Radar. Make it checked or unchecked and then....

#me wears something dark to be unseen or something

Impossible. This informations are safed local. The server don't know, who knows who.
swish1 wrote:Right-Click Options and then Be seen in Radar. Make it checked or unchecked and then....
Impossible too. This would be a client thing. The client has no influence on such server settings.

Anyway the whole idea is impossible, because the website can only access the location of the place where you loged out last time.
This informations are stored, after you loged out. Not earlier.
This is the reason your character stands on this old position, when the server crashes.

Possible: Yes (requires some effort, though)
Desired: No

Feel free to use MSN/ICQ/AIM ;-)

i think it would be nice.. think this: you recive a "private" lettler and you forget to burn it, your enemys capture you and they find your plans out :D

No IG Dove system would help. Because you see online list someone who you have been trying to talk to like forever. But when logged on you cannot find her/him you send a dove. Really helpful. Please reconsider GMS.

It sucks.

The players are idiots, the graphics are bad, the interface is horrible and the gameplay is boring like hell.

Ok do you know how many years I have been searching the web for a game like this? (aka a live game that is free) other then runescape. All the other are either very similar to runescape or would crash my computer on trying to play it. Heck for years runescape is all I was stuck with so it had to do. Mind so you don't try banning me to, I haven't touched it since i got illarion. Should make Illarion more easily found. Maybe some reward for bring in friends.

acually i played the game before they made p2p places, It was a powergamers paradise. There was a town where a few stones was set up for people to mine coal at without getting attacked, so there was about 10 people on one stone. It was even worse going to kill monster too beacuse people would find out their spwan points and just wait for them to come back and kill them. The quest for the game were lame and easy to find out too. The only reason i played that game was because I had ultima online before that, and my brother stoped paying the fee, so I was left with a crappy game to fulfill my addiction to UO.
