Question on pushed characters

Okay....Is it possible for anyone to get a pushed character if they have a really good RP reason and it is approved by the GMs? I may have a good reason, I just need to elaborate on it a bit.

perhaps a character that pushes ? If that is what you mean you do not need to ask GM permission to push.

a character who has better skills at the start, as any other, and doesn't need to improve them by himself

About the only valid reason for such a character is that it is needed by a GM for a quest.
