I think there needs to be a explanation to skills. My Question is Dodge, does that work only when I don't have weapons up? or does it train and work while I'm holding my weapon?
I havent seen it increase yet, so I don't really know if its working or not, thanks.

Either you didnt train enought, or you just cant learn it.

My character started with it, I've just never seen it raise, and it still seems to be the exact same dark blue color.
