i've been told the inn is private property as in someone can lock it whenever they feel like and possibly not come back for as long as a time as they see fit. what persay this person leaves for a week, does that mean it should remain locked for a week and inacessaible to everyone?

could we ya know, move Nebaar to the shop maybe? i mean what does a journey book have ta do with an inn anyway, you want people to stay not leave.

people never lock places like that, and never leave it locked if they ever do. and if it ever happened, it would be unlocked by a gm or sold.
