Yes, I know they are bugged, and I know that you know they are bugged :D
Just wanted to ask if it would be possible to take them out until this gets fixed, because it happened already two times to me that my char was going for a walk in the graveyard crypts, enjoing the cool air and calm atmosphere there  :D and all of a sudden he was turned into a cloud... seriousely, I don't think it's fun to get killed without even knowing what hit you.
(btw, the place is crawling with monsters again, and mages where there shouldn't be any)

I like toast...
*eats them*

Mages can add some supprises to the game.
#me is doing well fighting, impressing some other guy.
#me gets suddenly struck by a bolt of thunder and flees.

Rather then
#me pwns, impressing people
#me pwns
#me pwns

But in another way.
It can be verry anoying.
#me kills one enemy
#me goes back home
#me goes back there and gets killed by a mage.
#me is frustrated
#me goes back again
#me dies again
#me quits playing

It may not be what roleplaying is about.
But the newbie might turn out to be a great roleplayer later on.

omg do something about the overpowered deer magessss!!!!!!111111

>.> <.<

I have to agree with everyone (or else Cas might shoot me for disagreeing just to spite the agreements <_<). There's no logical sense in having to deal with something there is no decent RP reason for.

Yeah, those deer mages are brutal guys. One of them killed Fooser, an uber warrior, with 2 spells before I could even get to them. And when it was done slaying me, it dropped a load on my corpse. If there was a running system, I wouldve lived!11

what the hell are you talking about? this has nothing to do with this topic. the mentioned bug affects NPC mages when they cast spells, the spells aren't actually visable, in essence people are taking phantom damage. try reading the topic before posting.

i've known about this gltich for some time now and warned off quite a few people. but i figured it would be known about and fixed soon. apparently that wasn't the case however, i have to agree with everyone else, if the mage NPC aren't working properly then removing them seems logical enough.
