Trial of Fooser

Recently, Vice Governor Fooser acted with Samantha Meryadeles and Dhearaow Greybone to imprison Governor Stephen Rothman under charges which were later dropped. This unexpected series of events leads the government to consider Fooser's role within it. To resolve this matter, a trial will occur.

The question this trial asks is, "Should Fooser be removed from his position?"

This hearing will be tentatively scheduled for the eleventh hour of the third day of Elos in the nineteenth year. ((Which, I believe is Saturday, June 17 21:00 GMT, correct me if I'm wrong.)) The time may be revised depending on the availability of the defendant and jury.

I would ask the following citizens of Trollsbane to comment on their availability for the jury;
Jeanette
Neeco
Taliss Kazzxs
Pip Sunseed
Mazrian
Garen
Brennus

I would ask that all citizens interested in speaking for, or against, Fooser declare themselves here prior to the trial so that the prosecution and defense might be organized to ensure smooth proceedings. If you have not declared yourself prior to the trial, you will not be able to participate in the discussion. Finally, because this issue regards the vice governor of Trollsbane, non-citizens will not be permitted to testify unless presented by a citizen of Trollsbane, and accepted by the magistrate.

Finally, I would ask that Dhearaow Greybone, Samantha Meryadeles, and Stephen Rothman attend if possible.

If I am defending myself, you are looking over the proceedings, and you asked Stephen to come IF possible, who will be prosecuting the other side? Also to clarify, accusations were never dropped, they had to be delayed due to some irresponsible behavior.

Fooser, you will be given ample time to defend yourself there. I am not prosecuting you, the Magistrate of Trolls Bane does. I will simply testify to the fact that you tho you were truely a wonderful asset to the town at first, you have steadily gone further and further down the road to anarchism and lack of interest for the betterment of the town.
I shall of course attend.

With a lack of response from the previous jurors, excluding Mazrian, I would like the following to comment on their ability to appear at the trial as jurors.

Amitola Dyani
Galahan Jeirdan
Georgius Egrillek
Salathe Kankas

Further, given the lack of response thus far, I will allow for the possibility of all interested citizens of Trollsbane to speak at the trial.

I would like all interested parties to meet on the second floor of the library at the appointed time, at which point further arrangements for the location of the trial can be made.

A portion of the note has been removed

Finally, everyone who has expressed interest here will, of course, be provided the opportunity to speak.

Attending individuals;
Arameh
Fooser
Samantha Meryadeles

Juror(s);
Mazrian

Given the evidence provided today, the solitary juror, Mazrian, concluded that Foosers actions do not warrant his removal as vice-governor of Trollsbane.

This trial resolved solely the issue of Fooser's fitness as vice-governor of Trollsbane. Any issues regarding violations of contracts or laws have yet to be determined.

Today was a victory for Trollsbane, and being organized, and actually following their procedures for once. Neither side was over represented and the juror was unbiased, and listened to everything that was said. This is a step in the right direction.
