How Do You "Actually" Create A Character?

Hi *Waves Nervously* How do i "Actually" Make a character?I'm confused on the whole subject, i mean, i know how to "make" a character, the background and everything, but not how to create it in the world...

well, first comes the account, do that from the main page, then after accepted cick new character and fill out the little form to create it.

yeah, accounts are individually checked by a GM, shouldnt take too long, just be patient

After your answers where checked, you are able to create characters at the same place.
