To all citizens of Greenbriar,

This is a ballot to determine a Government for Greenbriar, to serve as Greenbriar's official representation to other lands and visitors. Voting will begin from now to the 8th day of Naras, 21st hour ((Midnight, June 1st GMT)) at which time the voting will be tallied by the moderators and the winner announced.

All issues and discussion please write on other parchments for that purpose, available in the Tavern ((Greenbriar Government))

Item 1) Who shall serve this year as Chieftain of Greenbriar? (Vote for one only)

O B. Pronon "Pony" Palmsugar
O C. Dusty Bottoms

Item 2) What shall be the function of the chieftain? (Vote for one only)
O A. Powerless, just a representative of Greenbriar.
O B. Very Limited Power, able to rule Greenbriar by unanimous consent of the citizens.
O C. Limited Power, Chieftain's powers determined and limited by a council of three Elders (Election of which later).
O D. Powerful, allowed to rule Greenbriar and it's citizens until the next election, determined by the citizens.
O E. Absolute power, Rules Greenbriar absolutely for life.

Item 3) What shall be the future of Greenbriar? (Vote for one only)
O A. Reduction, Village is too big already.
O B. Stay the same, no progress or changes.
O C. Expand a little, a few more houses and shops.
O D. Expand a lot, a wall with gates, more homes, businesses.
O E. Imperial, gain control of more of Gobiath than just the Briary.

~A Notice in the Greenbriar Tavern~
The election for the chieftain of Greenbriar and two other items has officially closed as of the 21st hour ((midnight, June 1st)) and the counting has been completed by our moderators Todd, Floro and Timo Baggins.

The results are:

Item 1) Who shall serve this year as Chieftain of Greenbriar?

Item 2) What shall be the function of the chieftain?
X C. Limited Power, Chieftain's powers determined and limited by a council of three Elders (Election of which later).

Congratulations to Chieftain Brendan Mason! A "Hail to the Chieftain" festival shall be held in his honor three days hence on the 17th day of Naras at the 14th Hour ((June 4th, 10pm GMT)) at the tavern in Greenbriar. Beer and food shall be provided. Come and be merry!
