Spiel lädt nicht

Hallo,

ein freund von mir hat ein problem, nämlich dass das Spiel bei ihm nicht lädt.
Bis zur Weltkarte kommt er, aber danach ist nix mehr. Er hat über 5 min gewartet...
was kann er machen?

a friend has got a problem: the game doesnt load. he just can see the worldmap, but then nothing happens. he waited 5 minutes...
what can he do?

If its the first time you're loading the game, try just closing it and starting it again. I'm not sure about the new client, but I know with the old one, the first time you signed in it with a char it created the character files it needs and won't 'start' but the next time you sign in its fine.
