In the shade of darkness Stephen took Meriel from the Sea Horse, he had her covered in a cape. Not because he was ashamed of what she looked like, but because he knew she would not want everyone to see what had become of her. Her once beautifully fair pale skin now chared, ruined from the Drow's fire magic. Her once beautiful black hair shaved off. Her once beautiful face now bruised and battered.
Stephen carried the elf to Falkners hain to be healed by the elf Stephen had no originally thought of as one who would do such a thing. However when Stephen asked for help the elf had responded immediately. Such action clearly showed the elf's intent on helping.
Stephen could only hope Djironnyma could heal Meriels skin, and perhaps her spirit.

Djironnyma comes out of the threes. Not with the famous elfen elegance, more like a old weakly man. He smiles warm and nods to Stephan, "The five to greetings Mister Rothman.".
Some steps more he gone to him. He look to Meriel and nods again, more to him self. It does seems like he have see her wounds before, than without examine her deeply he says: "The wounds at her arms are Nothing, agains the wounds in her soul. Nobody can heal these wounds better as the one who love her, as you. Not i, no medico, no mage, you. What i can do is only open a path to her, i will open way for you to her soul, a way on which you can go with her on a travel. I cant say where these souel-travel will end, maybe she will be healed, maybe she will be dead, that will be only in your and her hands, not mine. So i ask you, are you willing to go on these travel?"

Stephen a little startled by Djironnyma's words, he nods though and says, "I will do whatever it takes."
Cradling still the sleeping form of Meriel, Stephen waits to see what else the elven magister will say.

The elf nods slowly, "Please lay them down in the gras, and lay or set you self at her site.". Djironnyma self sit down in the gras cross-legged, close his eyes and speaks than warm and calm: "It is importhand Mister Rothman, that you doesnt fear what will happend. Yes it can be happend that she doesnt will be healed, that is a fact. But on the travel you two will go, may no fear be." He make a short breake and put a strand of his black long hair behind his ear before he speak further: "No Armor can protect you on this travel and no sword will defend you. All what can help you is your love to her and to have no fear."

Meriel was still asleep as Stephen set her down. Though 'asleep' might not be the right word. She was so exhausted that 'unconscious' would have explained her state better. The elfess noticed nothing from being carried away by Stephen.

Stephen gently lays down Meriel in the grass. He groans a little in pain as he sets her down, he folds away the cape so she is clearly visible no longer hidden by it. He sits down next to Meriel and says,
"Okay Magister Djironnyma, what is next?"

With closed eyes and a warm voice the Elf answer: "Please mister Rothman, close you eyes. Close you eyes an concentrate on you breathing, slowy and calm breathing." Djironnyma wait some moments so that the human can followe his ordes.
"Around you, ist nothing. No threes, no wood, no Iland. All what you hear is my silnce voice, and no more the sounds of the woods. Slowly you lose the feeling for your body" Again a short break before he speak further.
"All what you feel is your ghost, your true self, your soul, in middel of nothing. But than part for part there is a secound soul. You know her, you love her. There are only You and Meriel. Are you strong enough to follwe an figth for her?"
With the last words the mages voice go more and more quiet, since there is nothing more to hear. There are Only two souls, at the beginnig of a long travel.....
((sry for spelling and so on....but i am since 25 hard hours awake))

As Stephen 'opens his eyes' again, he can barely see anything. There is only cold stone around him and it might seem that he is in a cave. Though there falls no light into what seems to be a 'cell' he can make out a strong wooden door.
It is all cold in this cell and light seems to be entirely missing.

Stephen looks and he wears a rich red tunic, green trousers and hunting boots. A single blade is at his belt, only one, his Malachin dagger.
He takes a breath and opens the wooden door, taking the first steps in his quest to save his lover.

As Stephen wants to open the door, he finds himself at the first problem - because it does not open. The strong wooden door seems to be locked.
As the knight examines the door closer, he can see slight trails of blood on it and long grooves in the wood, as if someone tried desperately to get out - there even seems to stick a piece of fingernail in it.

Stephen gently runs a hand along the door to feel, and frowns at the sight of the fingernail. He leaves the door for another time and explores the rest of the dark cave.
He mumbles softly, "Meriel, my love, where do you want me to go?"

After Stephen mumbles his words he can hear the wooden door unlock... it even opens for a small slit with a creaking noise.
When Stephen goes through the door he finds himself on a wide plane. The sky is dark, like the sun would have just set and all that Stephen can see is a meadow of withered flowers on the dark, barren ground.
From afar he can see a sheer parting the plane.

Stephen looks at the plane curiously. He was not sure where to go so he put faith in Meriel and whispers softly, "Give me a sign Meriel. I am here to heal you, let me help you."
He waits to see if anything happens.
