An anti-Gabon conspiracy?!?!
I think they said it was down because it might be the cause of the site crashes?

As has been pointed out several times:
There *is* an alternative way to see who's on.
Go browse the fansites more.

How so? I think if the devs/GMs/admins objected, it wouldn't still be freely available for anyone who looked.

It has also been pointed out that I am lazy, and will not browse sites for it. Give, me, a, link.

If you won't browse for it, you don't want it that bad.
And besides, I don't *have* a link for it any more, and I'm not about to go do the searching for you just because you're lazy.

This is a stupid question to ask.
Someone already mentioned that we suspect that it's the cause for the website not being reachable rather frequently. So we're testing it this is the real cause.
Would you think that we can give you a time and date when it will be up again? Think hard. Think again. Think harder.
Did you get an answer out of your brain?

Seems nice, thanks, but it keeps saying that "This is not an illarion name file, do you want to proceed without the numbers?" , or something similar, it gets annoying

Anyhow, you see who is ingame.

I found out why, its because the program only takes the name files from the old client, you jjst need to find an old client name.dat and it will stop sending you theses annoying messages

I used to shout at the computer if he had sent those annoying messages...but that could be a better way...

Anyone understand how the groupfile editor works? Is it just to keep track of guilds or does it actually make a difference; e.g. it'll come up with William Elderberry---Member of Caelum Union (cos I added it)

it shows the name then if you have it on a guild, the guild name shows up in paranthases

Someone should update it with all the guilds on.

Is it just me or has the new server update broken the online list program?

Did you think, it was the sense, that you use the online viewer, while i disabled, the list on the homepage.
The list was the reason for the server crashes. And every time, the list was called with the online viewer, it was possible that the webserver crashes.
Now...finally it is disabled completly.

Not all of us are programmers, I for one had NO idea the online viewer would cause the webserver to crash.

Indeed. And now you can do nothing wrong, because it is disabled.

Don't worry, Im sure I'll unwittingly find some bug or other than renders the server useless atleast every 24 hours.
