Or, as a rule of thumb, as long as the topic in the Guild Board is not locked by Aragon or me, they are considered as active.

But here, the rule doesn't work, because they have no actual topic. Seemed, they have no real news to tell.

There is always an eException from the rule, and the general rule is that Damien is this exception.
