Off-the-wall Questions

Ok I have a few questions...

1.Is it possible to learn a language by using the !l command then speaking the language? I'm asking because I for some reason typed !l ancient and I started speaking ancient...

2. Is it possible to use branches as weapons? If so, do you gain any fighting experience with them? I was asking because I wanted to have my next character do something like that, or just play a game with sticks that was entirely RPed with sticks. Or both.

3.Are there certain stat-related limits on how much alcohol a character can consume without getting a "feeling fuzzy" message? Or is it by race? Or both?

1.You can try, i doubt you'll have much luck.

2. Yes, i imagine they are like staves and therefore 'concussion' weapons.

3.Probably not, though i'm not sure.

To number 1...No, you cannot do that. You must have atleast one skillpoint in the language before you can start raising it.

I see...thank you. Now here's another question-

4. Is there such a thing as a short halfling, like about a foot tall? I wanted to play one...

wouldn't be anything special, just a shorter than average halfing. Happens in any race.

I thought so. However, I'm going to try to do a little bit of exaggerated roleplay with the short halfing. Actually, I just had her try climbing into a chair, but she couldn't. A while later, she used a stick to catapult into it. Not a pretty sight...
